Small Family Business Based in Dallas Texas with a Passion for Cooking and Sharp Knives

My name is Curtis, and I started this brand out of a lifelong love for cooking, blades, and legendary craftsmanship. As a kid, I was captivated by the myth of King Arthur and the sword Excalibur — a blade forged with purpose, wielded with honor, and destined for greatness.

But my true inspiration was closer to home: my father. He taught me the importance of a sharp knife, the joy of cooking, and the pride in doing things the right way. After he passed away from Parkinson’s, I knew I had to carry on his legacy.

I followed my passion and created Excaliblades in his honor — blending the spirit of a legendary sword with the heart of a father’s lessons. Every blade we make is a tribute to him and to all who believe in cooking with purpose and pride.
