  • Cost: Free on all orders over $120; flat rate on smaller orders

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Christy@Excaliblades.com with your order number
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (local orders only)
  3. Package the item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location
  4. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return
